Brian Lambourne led a party of six up the classic Ledges route on 29 September. As usual it rained but fortunately not heavily.
Despite the strike by Table Mountain Aerial Cableway Company employees the Cable Car was running & the party were able to use this for the descent and were back at the cars
by 14h30.
