Our ascent route was via Corridor Ravine. Once on the Apostle path we turned left and headed for Slangolie Buttress. There was swirling cloud around us which made the views from the beacon more interesting. After a leisurely tea we made our way towards nearby Tranquility Cracks.
After exploring the narrow passages we returned to the Apostle path and decided to head for St Paul’s Peak as we had time in hand. The flowers along the way kept our photographers and botanists busy! Once on St Paul’s Peak we were treated to more spectacular views while enjoying our lunch.
Corridor Ravine again was our descent route and we arrived back at the cars at about 3pm.
