On the 28th May, a dozen Club members and a guest set off from Mont Rochelle at the top of Franschhoek Pass.
The weather was perfect with the air clear after the previous day’s rain – and before the series of cold fronts that followed in June.
On their way to a peak they also enjoyed the views, and proteas and other fynbos flowering in this beautiful reserve.
Thanks to Emily Thring for the photos.
