The group started out at 7:00 at Rycroft Gate. The weather was perfect and the rocks nice and dry. This route offers a series of great scrambles, beautiful views and open skies. It is situated between Skeleton Gorge and Nursery Ravine. All the hikers were fit and capable and easily managed to scale up any tricky, exposed sections. We had a breakfast break at the top and then continued through the cave and around to meet up with the track running from Skeleton Gorge to the Jeep Track. We made our way down Cecilia Ridge and then back to the start. It was a fun morning out with great people who enjoy being in nature and who have a sense of adventure!
