A party of 11 set off along the pipe track at 8am and then turned up the Blinkwater Ravine path.After approximately 10 minutes we traversed left into Grotto Ravine and then up the ridge on the far side.We ascended some way and then crossed to the other side of Grotto Ravine and followed the ridge to the traverse line entry being by way of a small cave.A rope was used to ascend Fountain Ravine (this having been the scene of a serious accident several weeks previously).We continued traversing left until we were able to scramble up to Fountain Ledge.The path was followed to the Upper Cable way station with descent being by cable car.We were back at our cars by 3.30pm.
