The party of 14 met on Boyes Drive and followed the path to the tea cave.
After a brief stop the B grade scramble was completed and a faint path and cairns were then followed to the summit.
Near the top a large and extremely loose rock was stabilised in an effort to prevent it injuring future parties
After tea the party descended by a well-worn path to Boyes drive reaching the cars by 12.30
