The route was first climbed by G.F Travers-Jackson and H. Wright on 5 November 1899.
Our party of 9 met on Tafelberg Road at 8am and hiked up the Kloof Nek path to the Contour Path.
We then hiked to Union Ravine which we hiked up before branching off into Yellowstone Gully and up to the spectacular traverse.
Everyone managed to squeeze through the narrow cave passages and on to the top of India Venster.
Four of the party hiked down India Venster whilst the remaining five hiked to the Upper Cable-Way Station and came down by Cable-Way.
